Pure Play Fest is an Afro diaspora field day all about joy, movement, and community. It is a chance to bring back the feeling of playing outside and the games we grew up with in West African and Caribbean communities. From hopscotch and hand clap games to soccer, relays, board games, and tug of war, it is a field day made for adults.

WHY PLAY MATTERS
When was the last time you played?
Pure Play Fest is an invitation to take a break from adulthood and remember what joy feels like when you let loose.
STRESS RELIEF
Movement and laughter are medicine. Games lower stress and give your body and mind a reset.
PRESERVE OUR CULTURE
Play keeps small parts of our culture alive. Games like jump rope, relay races, and team chants connect us across generations.
